Many of you know that I have a passion for health and nutrition. Having worked in wellness for the past 6 or so years, I have developed quite a love for health, and also exposing the misinformation that is regularly propagated throughout the health and wellness industry. The definition of what is “healthy” has changed so many times in our lifetime, and it will certainly change again. With every miracle diet, idea, philosophy, and product that comes out (and dies), the truths about nutrition are always rediscovered. Found this article as I was scouring the internet the other day, and it made me remember when many of these things were considered “common sense” in the health industry. I remember when I was taught to chug milk all day. I remember when I felt SO HEALTY at Subway when I chose wheat bread.
And for those of you that know me, I am sure you’ll know which number on this list that pleased me the most. Comment below if you know 🙂
