January, 2015 – Miami, Key West, Cozumel

Robbie Hendricks

CruiseTook a little cruise here to escape the Ohio cold in late January, early February.  We were celebrating the pending weddings of three of my very good friends – Mark Graskemper, Pedro Falconi, and Greg Schack (really putting the pressure on, gents).  These are business partners of mine, and it’s always nice to mix a business trip with pleasure.

It was an expected 5 days debauchery, rowdiness, and all around good times.  I lost all my money in the casino, like always, which served as a further reminder for why I never gamble.

First time to Key West and Cozumel.  Key West hardly feels like the United States…more like a gypsy colony in the middle of the ocean.  Cozumel is a little bit of a sleepy Cancun.  We went off the beaten trail to find this little red seafood restaurant, which may have been the highlight of the entire trip.

All in all, I am not a fan of big box cruise lines, but you know how it is – when you’re with friends, who cares?

Congrats, gents.
